Create a policy |
Do you often apply the same security settings to multiple PDF documents? If so, you may want to create security policies. Similar to a template or preset, security policies capture your security settings for reuse. Security policies include the type of security encryption, the permission settings, and the password or public key to use.
You can create custom security policies that use password security, certificate security, and Adobe Policy Server. When you create a custom security policy using Adobe Policy Server, the policy is stored on a server, letting you audit actions and change security settings dynamically.
To create a custom security policy, choose Secure > Manage Security Policies on the Tasks toolbar, click New, and then follow the on-screen instructions.You may also want to:
